Yes. The club is designed to support your journey sustainably. You can go at your own pace, and weekly guidance keeps you on track without pressure or overload.

Our primary support happens inside the Career Club through weekly group sessions, structured guidance, and ongoing feedback.

For particularly complex cases, such as relocation strategy, senior-level positioning, or breaking into Big Tech, Club members can request an additional Individual Session.

These focused 1-1 deep dives are available exclusively to active members and are designed to complement (not replace) the Club structure.

The trial includes access to the core program materials and structure. Individual services and 1:1 support are part of the full membership experience.

1. Yana can connect you with her professional contacts in Big Tech and other sectors to support your job search.

2. Through Yana, you can gain access to Google and Meta alumni who are now working at Fortune 500 companies, covering nearly all of them.

3. Connect with Club members and alumni to leverage their networks as well.

Your CV review is conducted personally by Yana and takes 15–45 minutes, depending on the complexity and iteration process.
The Club membership includes one CV version review. Each additional version can be reviewed for an extra €50.

Your membership lasts 3 months. If you actively follow the process and haven’t secured a job by then, your access is extended free of charge until you sign an offer.

“Landing a job” means signing an employment contract or formally accepting a written offer for a professional role aligned with your career direction (permanent or long-term).

If you receive an offer but choose to decline it, your membership continues as normal.

Once you sign an offer, your current membership cycle concludes. If you later re-enter the job market, you can start a new membership.

The free extension is designed to support committed members through a full job search cycle, from preparation to signed offer.
